“A family run business that is small enough to care but big enough to have some real talent in the team. George (the owner) has invented (and patented) an incredible thermal store (technically, a combination buffer) that complements the ASHP perfectly. The team came (6 of them in total – including George) and were polite, efficient, careful and diligent with their work. Around a dozen radiators replaced (and one new radiator added), heat pump installed, old gas boiler removed, thermal store installed and plumbed, electrical work finished and all jobs coming together at almost identical times ready for commissioning, testing and handover – all complete, working, and cleared up (including everything taken away) within a day. Incredible. It is also worth noting that the following day, there was a very minor issue (that was completely unforeseeable) and someone came round the same day to look at it. I would highly recommend the team to family and friends.”
