“Neat Heat were simply excellent to deal with from start to finish. I knew Neat Heat from a previous Combi Boiler they installed for me about 17 years ago and after speaking to Home Energy Scotland for advice on how to heat my home with renewable products I was delighted to find George and his team were in this market and specialised in ASHP’s. George sent out Mark (top dude, straight forward, informative and able to answer as many stupid questions as I could throw at him as this my first foray into this world). Mark acted as a buffer and this followed up by George coming out to measure up etc and thankfully my house was suitable for an ASHP. I’m hopeless with technicalities and honestly wouldn’t even try to explain how this works but it rather magically takes cold air from outside and is powering our heating & hot water system!! Feels like part of the future to me!!. COULDN’T RATE HIGHLY ENOUGH.”
